We currently have a waiting time for small personalised products which is about 7 to 10 working days. For larger pieces of furniture, please contact us for a time frame.
You have 28 days to inform us if you want to cancel your order or exchange your product. Your cancellation time will expire after 28 days starting with the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. Our returns policy only applies to goods that are not bespoke or personalised.
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
Anything made to your specific requirements (i.e., outside of standard customisation options) is personalised or otherwise can't be re-sold due to a bespoke element is none refundable unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Once we have agreed on the return of a product, you will need to bear the delivery cost which we recommend you use a signed delivery. Once we have inspected the returned merchandise a refund will be given no longer than 14 days after back onto your card.
All the original product packaging must be returned with the item.
